Wanted to try something different and not so trendy. Came across this brewpub which has 2 pages of German beers to choose from, it's pretty awesome. They also serve restaurant quality German food that didn't disappoint but a little bit on the expensive side. We shared the Opa's favorite which was phenomenal. Didn't really sound appetizing on the menu but it works with the cranberry sauce and deep fried Gouda cheese. I went for the Huhnerschnitzel which was fantastic! It was lightly breaded and tenderized, full of flavor and got a nice crunch to it. Came with homemade garlic sauce, German fried potatoes and cucumber salad. Everything on the plate was delicious! My BF got the stroganoff that was served over spatzle with sautee sliced beef filet and the sauce was made with German mushroom cream sauce. It was full of flavor and was very rich. Can't wait to try others on the menu!

Great service at the bar thanks to Jeffrey. Food was fabulous (pretzel with dipping cheese sauce) and Beef Stroganoff)! The Trivia Game night made the evening very entertaining too. Oh, and the German Beer options are endless and very high quality. We're definitely going back!!

They reduced the cost of the pretzel! Am I being followed? Constant improvements are being made while keeping the best parts of old. This place deserves more attention. It's one of the most authentic German/Hungarian/Polish places and they truly are trying to improve it. They consistently have been improving, and I'm here for it. The parking is something that should be addressed. They seem to be offering spots to the mechanics next door. Which is great, but I'd draw a line at Friday-Sunday night which are restaurants bread and butter. Lastly offer specials for the vibe. Saturday Single liters or Friday Flights to Europe or something. The issue is no longer the environment but people's interest. Capture it like Oktoberfest.

This place is neat! They've got pretzels, schnitzels, bratwursts, german beers, and live accordion music. I started with the pretzel bites with beer cheese, then the jager schnitzel, and finished with apple strudel. The service was exceptional, our server Samwise was super nice and the food came out quick.

I'm not sure why I haven't been to this place before! We visited on a Wednesday night, and they had a trivia night going on. We found seats at the bar and got to try some beer samples that the friendly waitress kindly offered. The vibe was great, with lots of charming German mug decor. The trivia players seemed to be having a blast. I ordered the pork with potatoes. While the pork was just okay, the potatoes were fantastic and brought back memories of the ones my dad used to make when we were kids. The sauerkraut was also delicious--sweet and tasty.

Great experience here for hubbies birthday. Only thing missing was live music. Great Romanian and German food. Highly enjoyed and don't miss dessert the German chocolate cake and Black Forest cake were awesome. Pricey for sure but worth it.

Really good food. Feels very homemade. We started with the big pretzels and beer cheese, happy the cheese wasn't that strong. Also we got the csusza, it was really good! Taste like a Romanian dish with feta cheese and bacon, but pasta instead of polenta. Also the cordon bleu is really good. Got the huhner schnitzel and it was good. Also got the beer hot sausage and it's really good. They do give you complementary birthday dessert.
